I'm giddy, right now. So serious I just squealed in my seat at work and I'm not a squealer-type of girl. I will be writing a post a day for the next year. One post for every day my boyfriend is serving in the military in South Korea. In the next 365 days, you will learn all about me and though I will try to mask it, you will see my true witty, sarcastic, silly self come shining through. What you will find here is a girl who has a love of life, culture and travel, Black positivity and love. What you will not see: NO WHINING AND CRYING, definitely no woe is me. Just because my boyfriend is gone does not mean life does not go on, so let's get it. I hope to invite you the reader on my adventures.
Now back to why I was squealing. My man (also referred to as my boo but not Boo, that is another person entirely) :) sent me an email and had a few moments to g-chat me. On his very first day in Korea. Let's hope this continues so my blog will continue to include Black love and positivity.
